We also recommend that you ask us for a sample if you hesitate to order a large quantity of a blend. 
Our tea samplers are available upon request by email. Samplers are $2-3 on average per blend, weighing 3 to 5 grams. They allow you to try the blend 2-3 times to help you decide your choice.

How are the returns?

1. Email us at the above address and if you don't like the tea you bought, we'll give you your money back. The offer is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. 

 

2.We do not accept exchanges or refunds of the product, but we will give you your money back.

 

3.Limitations of our warranty:

-Return requests must be submitted within 30 days.

-No more than one return item per mix.

-Limit four refunds per customer per 12-month period.

-Refunds cannot exceed $45 per customer per calendar year.

 

Refund requests that are deemed improper will be denied.

Orders sent to the wrong address will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
