What is Chayote and what
does it come with?

Have you introduced Chayote into your diet? If so, I'm waiting for your recipes :-)

What's good about #chayote?

I paid attention to it for a reason. Once we were preparing a women's conference, and at them, as a rule, I always share healthy recipes. And so I had one salad planned, which included our cucumber. I bought fresh looking beautiful cucumbers in the evening and did not put them in the fridge, by the evening when I got the bags out I was shocked ... they were in the cold, not in heat and yet they had mucus on them. In just 24 hours they had slime on them, there was an unpleasant smell and pits...of course everything is in the trash!!!!

I had a question in my head: "My God, what to replace the cucumbers?

I realized that we love and eat them so much, and I realized that we NEED TO EAT THEM.

I'm not talking about cucumbers and from your plot or greenhouse that you grow yourself. But since I and my dad all my life grew cucumbers in the greenhouse, I know that in the cold for a day with them exactly nothing should happen, even without a refrigerator. The conclusion is simple- always peel, even if it is beautiful and juicy and better to replace them at all!

Changing our cucumber to Mexican! I saw this miracle in a Mexican store near my house. The first thing I thought-what a fruit or vegetable, looking like a toothless granny :-)

And the second was BUY IT! I bought it and then I read about its benefits on the Internet. I realized that it was the HUGE answer to my question about cucumbers.

Since then I've been putting it in smoothies, in salads, eating it in a bite with different homemade sauces, roasting and baking it, putting it in soups, etc.

Even without the fridge, it keeps longer, is not treated with nitrates, is healthier and can be baked. Also, it is not modified like our favorite cucumbers! No GMO's and no nitrates-ALLOW!

Add half or 1 chaiote to your diet and you'll see the difference in as little as a month!

This is such a miracle! Want more of my chayote recipes?

Everything is ahead, but for now at least 3 recipes!

Great for slimming and whole body benefits, even in the evening instead of dinner!

Wash, the peel can be peeled, but not necessarily (if you clean a lot of things, then it’s better to wear gloves - it releases some kind of liquid and I once noticed it dries your hands)

Cut into strips large, so that it is convenient to take with your hands.

Prepare avocado paste: crush the avocado with a fork or in a blender with salt, garlic (you can greens to taste)

Dip chayote into this paste and eat, and for more nutrition, you can eat a couple of boiled eggs. In the end, you got it all - proteins, fats, carbohydrates, moisture and micro-macronutrients!

Cut it into a salad instead of a cucumber!

Add it to your smoothie or protein shake in the morning. For example: 1/4 chayote, 1/4 pear or banana, 1 tbsp. cream of coconut or avocado a quarter, can be replaced with flax oil, berries, a spoonful of your favorite protein, chia seeds or flax seeds. I love chia and water!!

Nut Sauce for raw vegetables.

I don't like celery, but maybe you don't like chayote and I found ways to eat not only it, but all vegetables.

One of the methods is to make a dressing in which I dip vegetables and everything flies away with pleasure: all kinds of cabbage, celery, peppers, chayote, jicama, etc.

bunch of basil

1 garlic clove

¼ tsp sea salt or lemon

2 tbsp pine nuts

1 tbsp tahini or pre-soaked sesame seeds.

2 tbsp cashews or 1 tbsp cashew butter.

50 ml warm water

Blend in a blender into a paste.

Pasta is suitable for everything, and if you want it hot, then for lentil pasta (which are sold in costo) As a sauce, they are great and you can add tomatoes!

CORRECT, NUTRIENT, USEFUL
